Ever since I was a little girl I remember bundling up and hopping in the car to go and pick out a Christmas tree. Some years it would be so cold none of us would want to get out of the car and other years we were in tee shirts. This year was an in between year where it was cold, but not freezing cold. We picked out our tree relatively quickly, and found the perfect one within a few minutes. As Dad knelt down to saw it, I shot a few photos of my best friend and sister Care.  The tree was pushed into the back of our suv for the short and bumpy ride to the shaker, the result being our car smelling much like Christmas. It is definitely the most wonderful time of the year, 15 days to Christmas! (ohmyword I need to finish all of my gifts…)
